The Assert office is now closed until further notice. We will up-date any news with regard to re-opening as and when the situation with COVID -19 improves.
In the interim the staff will be on a changeable rota to take general enquiries on their mobiles. This will change weekly and will be updated on the bulletin board of the website regularly.

If your question relates to a specific area of our services and support please, email or call the relevant member of staff. Please note that if not on the rota, staff may not be able to answer calls due to that not being a working day, illness or being on leave. Email is often the best way to contact us.

We need your help
We want to be able to provide as much support remotely during this difficult time and will be offering video and telephone one to one appointments. But we would love to be able to use some of the amazing technology that is available to bring us all together virtually. Assert provide many services that support people to socialise and join group activities and learning. Do you have any suggestions for platforms that we could utilise that would support us to connect with you more and help you to connect to one another more easily?
For example, we have regular activities such as our coffee club or peer discussion group. If we arranged for staff to be online in a virtual environment, are there platforms that would support more general interactions (such as chat rooms) and more formal group sessions/ group learning solutions??
It would be fantastic to get some advice, insight and support from people with setting us set up to provide more flexible and group based virtual sessions.
If you have any suggestions or ideas for anything else that we can do over the coming weeks and perhaps months to help, let us know. We want to work with you- to find new ways of ensuring good quality and flexible remote services.
