Assert are now running a monthly wellbeing walking group on the last Saturday of each month. Walks vary in length, difficulty and location but all are supported by Assert’s staff and volunteers.
Walking is not only great for our body, it is good for our heart and helps to strengthen our bones and joints. It is also great for our mind. Walking can help reduce stress and depression and help us sleep better at night.
If you would like to get out, become a bit more active and meet up with others, then this relaxed and supportive group is for you.
